Return & Refund Policy

At MDS Vision, we provide digital services aimed at boosting your social media presence. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:


1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds as Wallet Points:

We do not offer direct refunds to the original payment method (e.g., UPay, credit card). If an order is canceled for any reason, the refunded amount will be credited as wallet points to your MDS Vision account. These points can be used for placing new orders.

  • Order Cancellation Reasons:

  1. Private Accounts: Orders for private accounts will be canceled.
  2. Incorrect Link: Providing a wrong link (e.g., incorrect profile or video link) will lead to cancellation.
  3. Wrong Platform: Placing an Instagram order with a YouTube link (or vice versa) will result in order cancellation.

  • Wallet Points Validity: Wallet points have no expiry and can be used at your convenience.

  • No Cash Refunds: Once wallet points are issued, they cannot be converted back to cash or transferred to other payment methods.

2. Return Policy

Since we provide digital services, returns are not acceptable once the service has been successfully delivered.

Delivered services cannot be undone or returned, so please ensure that you provide accurate details while placing your order.

3. Changes and Modifications

MDS Vision reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
